Leila says:
Each bunch is one whole ream of colinette wool. I cut the wool into the various lengths desired and then hand sown the ends together with needle and doubled over thread. Take time over this to make sure each length is well secured. The way I attach the bunches is due to the length of my hair (ie long):
Tie hair up into 2 bunches, take a bunch and twist until it buckles under itself and forms a circle and keep twisting until you secure the last end of hair by twisting under the bun. Fix bun with scrunchy/ies - I use old/tatty false hair scrunchies as they hold the bun very firm. Do the same with the other bunch (obviously!). Split bunch of wool into two, wrap a leg of old tights firmly around bun gripping wool to bun, keeping tension consistant. Fold over other half of wool and finish the wrapping of tight around. For the fluffy look in picture, finish off by wrapping ostrich feather boa in a figure of 8, finish with a circle around both bunches, as this will hide real hair front and back.
