I've logged dozens of hours on this thing and about 450 yards of rexlace plastic. I used a pre-made wig which I snipped the hair off of. Then I used the holes in the wig base to thread the plastic through and knot at the base. I ended up using over 450 yards of plastic and it is very heavy. The hair on top is the longest and the back hairs are about neck-length. I did this so I could put the hair into bunches. But I suppose I could make it into an inverted bob too.
