Time: 8 hours (over the span of 3 days).
Materials: black electrical tape, hand-made synthetic dreads in fuschia and black, and UV pink, glow in the dark pink, and black plastic bits.
Cost: $7.50 for the hair and $3 for the plastic.
Application: black electrical tape wrapped around my braided real hair (this is *not* recommended!), synth dreads tied in at the roots and plastic tied in at the roots beneath the dreads.
