I kinda followed Atropa's directions (see the green plastic hairdo) I braided my hair into little seections with a bit of lacing. when that was done, I just tied on lots of plastic strips down the lenght. I think in had about a yard to a yard and a half long strips. I used over 200 yards for it. It was heavy! I braided some plastic in, then I tied on bunches of lace. It was really heavy but it hung okay. It was really fun as piggy tails and a big Diva-esqu tail ponytail. I think next time, I'd add some extra hair for volume, so I can have less lacing. 200+ yrds got really heavy really quick.
