.... I just started tying the pink plastic into my hair. I picked colours quite similar to Sharon's (pink, white and purple) and I dyed my fringe purple it though it looks redder in the photo than it really is. I feel much sweeter in pink than in green.
Most of the plastic I have in my hair is the hollow "pony lace" that Sharon sent me, but all the purple is lanyard. The "pony lace" beautiful and shiny stuff, really great. I used the 7 mm tubes because the 5 mm ones were tiny. I plan to add some more long pieces later this week (never qiute finished)
The whole thing probably only took me 6 hours to do. It's too bad the white tubes don't glow in UV. The pink ones do though and I'm sure the lanyard will as well.
